"This was the most expensive stay of our trip. They also charge a $22 extra person fee (There were only two of us.) which I find ridiculous. Our view was also of a brick wall, so for $400 for one night I do not feel we got our money worth on this one. Parking was also a problem. We had to park across the street until the dinner rush was over, then we were able to move our car into the parking lot of the hotel. I honestly expected more."

"Our room was spacious, with a picturesque water view. Hotel staff are friendly and engaging; made us feel welcome. The restaurant is great. Breakfast, too. And the pub where we chatted with some very nice folk. Worth the splurge."

"This is a great hotel and would stay there again.
Only complaint is pictures on expedia do not match the assigned room. Example, we booked a room with a clawfoot bathtub that also had more windows. The front desk staff acknowledged the pictures do not match the rooms.
Overall, great property."

"Atholl house was one of our most favorite stays during our 14 day adventure. From check in to check out we felt so at home and cared for. It is a place you can truly kick back and relax like you are at home. So many thoughtful details have been put into place to make sure you have a comfortable stay.
