"No heating in the room. Staff brought additional bedding but radiator didn't work and the experience did not meet comfort expectations for the price. Towel rail did not heat up either. Other than sorry no offer was made to compensate for the inconvenience"
"Great staff from check-in to the in-house bar to housekeeping. All were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was standard British breakfast. Bar and restaurant were very good. Which is nice since the hotel is a ways from other places."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is spectacular, the views are incredible, and the grounds are lovely. We really enjoyed taking the time to explore the property.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the unlimited water, hot chocolate, tea, and Nespresso pods. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and having electrical outlets on every wall was surprisingly convenient.
