"Wow the key was not working several times. I had to Keep going back to get the card reprogrammed several times we were very inconvenienced. I asked for a refund this was totally unacceptable. The property manager and Expedia representative was going back on forth about which one was going to refund me. I was told by a Expedia representative I would receive a refund within 5-7 business day’s. So I’m waiting I think Expedia should look into who they partnership with before allowing people to stay...

The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, there was even moldy food left inside the microwave.
