"The beds and pillows were amazing! Continental breakfast was really good too. Staff were friendly. Our room was clean. Love the snack and beverage area, prices were reasonable. "

"The water would not get hot just luke warm no mater how long you let it sit. There sink facet was wabbly and the there was 2 small pieces of tap on the ceiling in the bathroom. Over all a great and convienent place to stay but still needs a few adjustments since its still new"

"Room was clean but the bathroom is small for two people at the same time. We were on the fourth floor and the bathroom sink water pressure was low and water took awhile to become hot. The shower was great. Only Issue was not enough luggage carts for the hotel. "

"We were given the wrong room, walked into that room, it had other guests items in it. Pool had huge locks of hair floating in it. We asked for towels, we were told no. It smelled like smoke, food all over the couch in the room. TV didn’t work, took my husband almost 45 minutes fixing it to get it to work. My shoes literally stuck to the hotel floor when walking. Elevators were nasty. Breakfast was gone by 8:30. We wouldn’t have ate it anyway. We will never stay here again. "

"smelled like cigarettes and marijuana in non smoking areas. person at desk was not polite about charging rooms to accommodate non smokers. cleaning staff was pushy. checkout was 11 and they were pushing us out at 930. will not recommend or stay again"

"Room pretty clean but I don’t think my sheets were fresh! They looked clean but they did not smell that way. They had a faint odor. The elevator smelled of dog on the day I left and that was a big turn off. "
