"We loved the hotel, however we were woken up by loud construction going on in the property each morning and our shade was broken in our room which was never addressed after we reported it several times. The only other thing is if you are going to this hotel DO NOT FLY INTO SJO. THE TRAFFIC IS DANGEROUS ..."
