Upon arrival, the front desk didn't seem organized at all. Seemed like a poorly trained staff. Once we were escorted to our room we noticed the bar fridge wasn't stocked and the floors were not mopped (still dirty from previous guests). The room was spacious. Wonderful staff, even decorated my room for my birthday. Hotel is beautiful, clean, and walking distance to the beach. The pools are lovely, especially the second pool and hot tub.
