"The hotel was nice and clean. The building was modern so not located in Venezia center, but is ~20- 25 min walk. The breakfast buffet was nice but nothing extraordinary. Also, they would charge for a lot of stuff that usually is included in hotels. For example our checkout was 11 am and our train was a 1 pm and we asked the staff if it's possible we leave our luggage for 2 hours while we go around the city and they said we had to pay $15. or one night we asked for a plate and they charged us for...

"We checked into the hotel on Friday for a 3 night stay. The first room was'nt quite as expected compared to the photos, therefore we mentioned it to reception since it was for a 40th birthday weekend and a lovely receptionist called Ramona showed us to another room which was amazing, she was very understanding and friendly with this request. "I had the most fabulous stay at Hotel Rialto. I had a magnificent view of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. In addition, the staff were really helpful and kind and the breakfast was terrific. It was great to be so close to the Rialto Markets and a waterbus stop. It meant I could come and go easily during each day of my visit. "
