"All stuff is friendly"

"We reserved this hotel for a few hours during our transit on the same day - less than one hour after we realized our flight is delayed and they don’t let us get into the transit saloon and we have to wait until the place arrives - we asked them to cancel and refund our hotel because we had no access so we could get one room on the land side to rest -they refused to do that even though they knew our flight is delayed and we have no access to the location of the hotel in transit saloon - they also...

"Nice new feeling, close location for airport, nice view from hill. Nice smiley friendly front desk. They have place can order food. Was bummed they didn’t have iron, hot water didn’t work very well, I’m sure they will work that out."

"The hotel is not what it claims to be. First of all, the hotel is categorized as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, which is also clearly displayed at the reception. I booked a Deluxe room, but I was initially given a Standard room on the 4th floor without any explanation. My first room was also not properly cleaned, and after checking it, the staff eventually had to agree. They did change my room without any problem, which I appreciated. However, changing the room did not solve the issues....

"The room was so hot , the AC didn’t work well and I called reception they could control it from their desk and it turned off after few minutes the room was so hot so I couldn’t sleep and I called them several times, they turned it off only for few minutes, they also didn’t serve alcohol drink even a beer and they never mentioned it on Expedia, the flash bottom was broken and it cut my finger, totally a disaster stay."

"Overall Bulton is a very clean hotel. The service want the best . we ordered dinner and while we were the only customers in the restaurant , it took us an hour to get food . Despite waiting an hour , the food wasn’t the best . We also called reception as our tv remote wasn’t working . They stated they would send someone up in 10 minutes and no one came ."

"The hotel was close enough to the airport ; good enuf for an overnight stay. Staff was kind and competent."
