"The staff were supportive, friendly, prompt, and professional. My concern was initially being provided a very dirty room in the basement level which was old, unkept, and filthy (had not been cleaned including the bathroom). When I requested another room the staff responded immediately. However, I do not understand why I was even given the room when there were other clean and more well-kept options avail."

"Very nice rooms and very clean. I am leaving 3 stars because the front office girl was not professional and did not help us with wifi. We asked for wifi because we were not able to log in. She said it will work in 10 min but it never did. We did not have wifi for the whole stay. She also said our rooms are one person per room. Wrong!! We booked and paid for 2 rooms with 2 single beds because we are party of 3 people on Expedia. She sounded she is doing us a favor to compescate with the non...

"Great stay and staff. When I checked in, I informed the staff that I would need a cab at 5am the next morning. Not only did they have a cab there to take me back to the Airport, but they even packed me a lunch since I was missing breakfast. Very thoughtful."
