Ilk girişte kapının kilitlenmedigini farkettim, tamir edildi. 5 günlük ödememi yaptığım halde her gün kartı şifresini guncelletmek zorunda kaldım. 1 gün sıcak su uoktu5, açmayı unutmuşlar. En ilginç tarafı ise yeniden uzun süreli rezervasyon yapacağımı bildikleri için online satınalma fiyatını yükseltip kendilerine direk ödeme yapmaya yönlendirmiş olmaları. Aslında iyi oldu, aynı fiyata kahvaltı dahil başka bir yer ayarladım sonraki kalacağım 20 gece için.

An der Rezeption ein unfreundlicher junger Mann. Auf Anfrage für den angepriesenen Airporttransfer wurde erklärt, das es keinen gibt, ich habe am folgenden Morgen ein Istanbul Taxi bestellen können. Im Zimmer war bei der Ankunft das Fenster offen, es waren 6 Grad Celsius. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, also habe ich nach einen anderen Zimmer fragen müssen. Das andere Zimmer war genauso herunter gekommen, aber zumindest die Heizung hat funktioniert. Dieses Hotel solltet ihr aus dem Angebot nehmen.

В отеле пробыли один час и выехали, причин много, номер грязный,обои отваливаются от старой протечки воды, душ отваливается от стены, окно не закрывается,напротив стройка, горячей воды ждали чуть ли не полчаса,полотенец в номере не было,но по запросу принесли. Расположение не очень, до метро идти далековато и в ужасную гору. Ребята на рецепшн хорошие, без пробоем все оформили со специалистом hotel.com по телефону, деньги вернулись спустя 7 дней
