I am from North Carolina, US. Mardy hotel service, safety and security 5/5. I loved the hotel location for so many food options, nearby metro locations. I loved the hotel staff and people around the hotels. Will stay again for next visit. Also recommend others to stay here.

Pretty clean and accessible location. Close to all amenities and transportation. Shower cabin was quite small and had to squeeze in to get in and out. I booked the option with breakfast included and I was told that it meant it is available. No worries lot of places outside for the good quality breakfast and quiet affordable as compared to central locations. Best part their laundry facilities were amazing, and customer service was top notch.

No house keeping done in two days. The bed covers were not doubly/comforters rather some hard material causing rash. Washroom handwashing dispenser was broken. On Expedia it says iron and iron board will be provided on request but the management denied any iron provision and asked to get laundry done. Every request felt like a task. Not a comfortable stay

Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts zahlreiche Bettwanzenstiche erlitten. Das ist inakzeptabel! Sauberkeit und Schädlingsbekämpfung sollten in einem Hotel selbstverständlich sein. Ich kann dieses Hotel daher nicht empfehlen und würde jedem raten, das Zimmer bei Ankunft sorgfältig zu kontrollieren. Nichtsdestotrotz ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
