We enjoyed our first stay (5 nights)here. They have the best staff and pretty good breakfast buffet.Golden Horn view is really nice bonus. Our room was nice sized and except first night really quiet. Overall Clarion got a good grade.

Great hotel, very modern and amazing stuff. Not very far from all the attractions, however, you will have to take an Uber to get to your destination. There is a breakfast buffet and an à la cart restaurant available for breakfast and à la cart available for dinner as well.

Our time at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. We were allowed to check in hours earlier than expected without any extra charges, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the modern amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff really made this experience stand out. Melek, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful, and there was also another gentleman whose name I sadly can't recall, but he was equally great. The personal service throughout our stay made us feel really welcomed. We were also surprised with a free breakfast upgrade, which was a lovely gesture from the hotel. The location couldn’t have been better, and the free shuttle service to the main tourist spots was a huge bonus. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend this place!

Outstanding View

The only thing that I enjoyed during my stay, was the beautiful sea view from my room and the weather was excellent in March 2025. The Room was spacious ,clean, and comfortable. I didn't like their breakfast buffet, since the food had no taste, most of the time the platters were empty, the food stations were not presentable. The worst thing about this hotel was that the majority of their guests were from Saudi Arabia with many unbehaived kids all over the restaurant. I couldn't enjoy my meal and the time at the restaurant.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel whilst going for rhinoplasty surgery and recovering at the hotel. I was well informed about all the facilities and services offered. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The room was great with a lovely view (sea view). The food at the hotel was also very good. If your looking for a peaceful stay this is the hotel and its not too far from central with a taxi the taxis are quite cheap anyway. Thanks to all the staff at Clarion i hope to be back again.

Great hotel and very helpful staff!

The hotel is has a great view. The breakfast is really good. The staff is very friendly and offer to help. One of the staff, Sahiela, was following up with if there is any problem and was always ready to help. She was arranging packages for massage and hamam that was way cheaper than any where else. Every morning she was greeting us at breakfast area and ask if there is any problem. She was taking notes and providing help or addressing any issue we had. Also, the rest of the staff are very helpful. Farooq helped us keep our luggage in the hotel when we were away from the hotel and the security guards arranged very good rate taxi to the airport. Just a point that is worth noting is that this hotel has free shutle buses to various parts of the city which is very helpful.

A little disappointed

It's a nice hotel with a beautiful view. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is fine too, but it could be better. What I didn't like was the room temperature that was fixed on 25c and the lowest you could set it up was 23c. In the hot July summer days, 23c is not a comfortable temperature to sleep at night and stay in your room. We already told the management about the problem, but nothing was done. Another issue that we noticed was that as soon as we left the hotel each day, someone entered our room and unplugged our computers, and devices that we needed to charge! Even though we had the "Don't Disturb " sign at the door, but still they entered the room!! This is not acceptable and more likely, I won't be back to this hotel any longer.

Wonderful hotel, great service!

This is one of the best managed, most service oriented hotels I have ever experienced anywhere in the world--from the front desk, to the bellboys, to the maid service, to the copious breakfast, it is first class. the only disappointment (shock ,actually) was to learn, on arrival, that it is 'dry'--after I had invited friends over for a drink! I have lived all over the Middle East and the Arab Gulf -- I have NEVER checked into a hotel there where this was the case! It is rare , and needs to be advertised upfront -- or just say that only Muslims are welcome. But they took wonderful care of me, and I'd return.
