I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul for three nights, and I honestly loved my experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, but the best part was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was so friendly, warm, and kind. They made me feel truly welcomed, almost like I was at home. Their smiles, their patience, and the way they helped with anything I needed made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. I’m really grateful for their hospitality. I would happily stay here again.
