Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything was spotless, the service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. A very old hotel not worth 5 star status. Rooms looking at buildings had metal curtains on windows. Felt like being in prison. Will not stay or recommend.

The property is located next to a main road. It also has a side road on one side facing apartments which makes it difficult to have a pieceful stay

Seriously, this hotel has become like a home to me . The staff , the atmosphere everything , I am really feeling like I am coming to a home when I check in here . Everything is superb and 10 stars. If you wanna spend your money on an experience like home, do not think of staying anywhere else , but this place . At the end of the day , there is no place like home right

Every thing is nice just : 1- Superior room sea view is very small room !!! 2- the service person didn’t do good cleaning for the bath room specially hand washing basin !!!!!!!!

I recently stayed at the Istanbul Mövenpick Golden Horn and was blown away by the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions I had. The staff, including the cleaners, were polite and professional, and their English proficiency made communication a breeze. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to making my stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience with impeccable service. I can't wait to visit again!

This was a great hotel. One of the best we have used in recent years. Staff were ever helpful and the level of English spoken amongst all staff was excellent. Breakfast was really good and the hotel passed my long standing 'fresh orange juice' test! We had meals in both the ground floor lounge and the 10th floor restaurant and both we good but not remarkable. Price for wine is very steep. The hotel is a bit isolated and not much can be done on foot but taxis are cheap and we picked the hotel as central to the activities we had planned. We were unlucky to stay while very noisy work was being done on the first floor, but the hotel readily offered a room change and so inconvenience was limited (but it would have made sense not to put us so close to the work in the first place). Traffic noise is acceptable for a city centre hotel. We would definitely recommend the hotel and consider staying again.
