The hotel is centrally located right on Taksim Square, with plenty of shopping options nearby and Galataport just a few minutes away — a great base for exploring Istanbul. Our room was spacious and very clean, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Many guests were walking around in hotel slippers and even adults in pajamas. Although there was a sign at the restaurant entrance stating this was not allowed, no one seemed to enforce it — which affected the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the service at breakfast was not very attentive. We asked several staff members for fried eggs, and after waiting nearly an hour and asking four times, we eventually gave up and left. This should not happen in a luxury hotel. On a positive note, the concierge team was very helpful and genuinely tried their best to assist with everything we needed. In summary, a comfortable stay with a fantastic location — but the breakfast service and enforcement of standards need significant improvement to meet true 5-star expectations.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend you booking the premium rooms. Whilst the view is beautiful, I wasn’t able to sleep at all. There is a nightclub on the rooftop and the music was playing until the very early hours. When speaking to reception, it seems that this is a known issue and the receptionist showed very little compassion. I question why sell these rooms at a premium price, if you can’t sleep at all.

Very nice hotel

I liked the hotel. It's nice located, my room had a amazing view and it was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is also clean, equipped in a modern design, friendly and helpful staff and just a few food steps away from Taksim Square and a lot of restaurants and cafes. Very nice and delicious breakfast buffet. I can highly recommend this hotel

I liked the modern look of the room, but definitely the mattress needs upgrade, not comfortable, also they need to have access to Netflix. Overall was good!!
