"Location is close to airport not really Istanbul Centre. Beautiful spa facilities, our Royal suite was very good with 1 full and one half bathroom. Breakfast buffet was not good, if you are a Marriott club, use that club M room instead of buying the buffet breakfast. The restaurant staff were not friendly or helpful. Despite my friend speaking Turkish to them, they were ignoring us. There was a very rude person name Ibrahim at the restaurant the night we arrived and the encounter was very...

"This hotel is acceptable if you only need a place to rest between flights or other travel arrangements. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine, but overall the experience was very basic.
The biggest issue was the service. The staff did not feel particularly welcoming — very little friendliness, no smiles, and mostly short answers to questions.
I was also disappointed with the transportation advice. When I asked about Uber, I was told that Uber drivers would not come to the hotel because...

"What stood out most to me about my stay at the hotel was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had a problem with Pegasus (who seem to be notorious for losing luggage - avoid). Both Cemil and Necmi kindly let me use the lobby phone and were ready to offer help if I needed any in Turkish when dealing with Pegasus (although fortunately their support was in English). I stayed there for a few days (as a friend lives nearby) and couldn't fault it. I'll be staying there again...

"Es ist ein sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel.
Es ist auch nicht so groß und war deshalb meiner Meinung nach sehr schön. Es gibt eine kostenlose Tiefgarage, was auch sehr sicher ist, da es einen Tor mit Kennzeichenerkennung hat.
Auch das Zimmer und das Bad, die Betten, die Ausstattung fand ich sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll. Würde es jedem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen."
