"The location is fantastic. My room was a bit small and basic for a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic but needs serious renovation. The tiles are falling and broken. Access to the park is awesome. The gym is great."

"I don’t think this should be a five star resort I enjoyed my visit to Puerto Iguazú but I didn’t love my stay at Loi. I found as a whole the staff were very inattentive particularly in the restaurants and bars. There was no one greeting or taking room numbers at breakfast, and the dinner service ..."
