"Hamilton hotel has convenient location, spacious room, and quite clean. The down points are: very noisy at night due to the bars near it, the receptionist during our stay (a girl) is not friendly, she looks cold & the way she talked made us feel like we are not clients for her to support, but we are lower than her. We strongly suggest the hotel to replace her with a more friendly person or give her extensive trainings on customer service and people/communication skills."

"Property was as advertised. Location is extremely convenient for those wishing to stay in and around Itaewon district or to travel to other areas within Seoul. Property was clean and would be a good fit for those with a larger group staying together (3-5 persons). Overall 4/5, would stay at this property again. "

"This hotel is a beautiful, classy gem sitting in an area that’s currently being renovated, with loud construction on all sides, taxis are blocked by excavators and dump trucks, the buildings across and next door are all either being torn down or will be soon. I appreciate the revitalization of this little block of itaewon, it’s just growing pains for now. The front desk staff were so helpful with excellent English. The party crowds nearby can be loud so if that bothers you, don’t stay in a party...
