"The property is excellently maintained and the rooms are incredible. Beds are firm and comfortable. Everything about the experience is top notch! We arrived earlier than expected (hours before standard checkin time) and there was a room made available much to our surprise. The breakfast spread is gorgeous and they have a great selection for all diets. The front desk staff is AMAZING. They take hospitality to the next level. After our hired car to Milan fell through they ordered a cab that arrived in 5 min. They offered a private car initially. All of this was AFTER we checked out.
We had a wonderful stay overall and would absolutely book this hotel again. Thank you to everyone at the front desk! I am terrible at names but the young lady with red hair is exceptional at her job but everyone there was so accommodating. I wish I could give this stay a sixth star!"

"Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied.
Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car..
Fortunately, lovely lady at the reception called Neve has smoothed things up in the morning. Just that the night staff spoiled what otherwise would have been a fantastic experience."

"I had a deluxe balcony room. It’s says queen bed. It was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single comforters. Hated it. No coffee or tea in room. No mini bar Hated the shower you had to climb in bathtub to shower. The shower was on the side of the bathtub. Horrible shower doors Breakfast was ok if you got there ay 8am. If you got there at 9 am most things had gone or were cold. Not one of my favorite stays"
