"Todo ano vou a Poços de Caldas, não conhecia o Hotel Imperador ainda e me surpreendi muito, tanto pelo preço, que é extremamente justo, quanto pela localização, que sem dúvidas é a melhor que já estive em Poços. Espero voltar depois da reforma que estão fazendo! Até o café da manhã, que normalmente é mais fraco aí na cidade, me surpreendeu. "O hall é bonito e apresentável. O atendimento assim que chegamos, foi ótimo, porém, o quarto onde ficamos dá prá ver que é bem antigo, é prédio mais velho. Porta do banheiro é sanfonada de plástico, estava quebrada. Não tem ar condicionado e tinha um ventilador dos anos 80, bemmmm velhinho. A limpeza era "ok". o Café da manhã bom, foi o que supriu a decepção com o quarto. Dou um 6....7/10 "
