"Marrimatt operates like a brothel, has a night club and does not look anything closer to what is shown there. It is deep in a very unsafe location without access roads. The services that they claim to provide are not available, there is no wifi. Very dirty rooms with broken furniture. The workers including the owner do not understand a thing about hospitality. No hot water, you bath with a bucket used by many. This hotel should not be listed here. Hotels.com should visit these facilities before...

"The stay at the hotel was great. The hotel staff was very helpful, e.g.in organising a taxi, etc., and friendly. The restaurant was excellent a complimentary breakfast was also served. I highly recommend this hotel."

I paid the full amount for 2 nights at this property only to get there and the executive room was giving out. after alot of argument, we finally got one only to be told we have to pay more money for the room due to exchange rate or some bull. They have a horrible customer service and extremely greedy managers. i wont touch that establishment again with a pole. "
