"Rude staff - acted like my presence at check-in was nothing but a nuisance. The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Absolutely no free continental breakfast - the small dining area's lights were off and no food or coffee was available all 3 days we stayed there. This was the only hotel to stay at in this small town, so we had no choice."

"The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable mattress on the king size bed. The bathroom walk in shower was large and had a built in seat. The happy hour with free drinks and food was a nice surprise and, the breakfast options were extensive - loved the pancake station. "

"The electrical outlets (for phone charging) on the lamps didn't work. All 3 of them. The telephone didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. There was cigarette burn in the bed cover. Didn't use any of the "amenities" whatever they might have been. Staff was friendly. "

"Room smelled terrible and I went to make tea with Coffee maker and there were dead bugs and dirt in the Coffee maker. After that I didn't even want to see the breakfast. Keep driving someplace else. "

"Dusty, non- working elevators, only one working ice machine in motel, other one was out of order. Small breakfast room. "

"Paid for the room on Expedia guy still made me put a credit card on file when I got there. Place was really noisy people were slamming doors all night. Grab the hand towel to dry my hands and the one underneath it look like somebody rub their ass with it. Also the bathroom was kind of moldy."

"This was a really nice property. The room we had was super spacious and the updates were nice. Newer vinyl flooring was great instead of gross old carpet. I have not stayed in a Best Western Plus and this makes me consider staying again in the future,"

"The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning."

"Parking was easy, staff at check in was great, and the gym had an excellent assortment of equipment. However, our room was not clean. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed at all, there were steaks on all mirrors, windows, and even the tv, and the floor of the shower was a disturbing shade of gray/black (it was supposed to be beige). There was also a musty odor in the room. "
