"I do much traveling, but this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. I arrived at 9 o’clock in the evening and they had a metal gate with a buzzer. I pressed the buzzer for five minutes and no one came. And I knocked on the gate and I had somebody yell at me from above stop making all the noise. Finally the owner came down 10 minutes later. He showed me to my room, which was not clean. Although I did have a balcony with a nice view. The only plus was that it’s close to the airport. ...

"A 5 star hotel in ANTA. The reception staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the upstairs restaurant, food was incredible, staff amazing, they went far and beyond to make us had an incredible night; the Maitre D was extremely nice and professional.
I think this is one of the best hotels in ANTA. We will definitely stay here again.

"The hotel is in the North, 30 min from the TNR airport. The indoor pool is small but pleasant, with a small gym (without weight machines) and a sauna and Hammam. BF was good enough. The Japanese Teppanyaki place was closed on Sun but we went later in the week and was pretty good but not spectacular.
Our only issue was that after 3 stays at this hotel during our Madagascar trip, the hotel charged us for BF for one of us when they had told us it was included when we checked in. The Manager came...
