"Before we arrived, I called LaQuinta, to make sure they had a microwave, and a rude person named Roberta answered. But when we arrived, and when we left, customer service was great. Maids were very courteous, room was very comfortable."

"No barista at Starbucks after 10 AM. Needed at arrival in PM Complained of tv problem twice. Said couldn’t be replaced until it totally quit. It did at 6:30 this morning. But - Staff was friendly and food in restaurant was good. Bed was comfortable."
