room could be updated, but did not spend much time in it. The property itself is clean, including the beach and pool area. Eating areas are very clean also. Much activities if you choose to participate. Adult pool is wonderful. No children allowed. The activities team is absolutely fabulous. The shows at night were pretty good and catered to all ages. The food was typical resort food. I am a vegetarian and I survived. We were pretty much the only Americans there and they did an awesome job communicating with us and we felt very safe and comfortable. Many shops and nature reserve within a couple minute walk. There were 2 of us and I recommend going to the taxi counter before you exit the airport. Cost around 40 dollars total. Stayed for 9 days and will definitely return. I am hoping the same staff will be there!

Muy buen precio bastante buena la comida y variedad en cada horario de los restaurant , las albercas muy limpias y el agua de buenisima temperatura las habitaciones bastante comodas y practicas llegue 3 horas antes de mi checkIN y me entregaron de inmediato con una pulsera provisional con la que tenia acceso a el hotel mas no a las comidas o bebidas hasta la hora pero podia hacer uso de mi habitacion ,alberca y playa ,las piñas coladas no son su fuerte pero el resto del bar muy bien y sobretodo exelente atencion del personal

Qualton Ixtapa es un todo incluido fantástico. Mi familia y yo definitivamente regresaríamos. La habitación es sencilla pero funcional, camas cómodas y habitación limpia. Los restaurantes y las comidas fueron deliciosas, están para el paladar de los mexicanos, prácticamente no vimos extranjeros por lo que el ambiente es muy saludable para convivir. En los bares nos consintieron muchísimo. El sábado hubo una noche mexicana al aire libre con espectáculo y la comida fue deliciosa contamos mas de 20 diferentes alimentos y todo lo que probamos estuvo fantástico (pozole, quesadillas fritas, sopes, elotes preparados, agua de horchata, platanos en dulce, churros, etc) y el espectáculo fue padrísimo 1 hr. completa de bailes regionales mexicanos. Lo recomiendo mucho. Nosotros ansiamos regresar a Qualton Ixtapa, de los todo incluidos que hemos ido en Ixtapa, es el mejor desde nuestra opinión.

Excelente lugar para descansar, el personal es muy amable, todo está muy limpio, mucha variedad en el menú y buen sazón, la alberca muy bien y la playa súper agusto, las actividades de kayak, snorkeling y velero están geniales, muy buen ambiente en la disco, todo100% recomendable!!!

The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and hardworking, the Mexican food is excellent, the other foods are not as good as the Mexican, the shows were great, we enjoy our time. It is a hotel with outdated facilities, for example, they do not have an ATM and it is difficult to have cash, they use a key instead of a card. Is an observation, maybe in the future they can updated, but is not a big deal, we love it

Although the property is simple it is clean and the staff are the real jewels here. They are amazing people, friendly, helpful and are all are very good at their responsibilities. Do not come here if you do not want to try speaking Spanish, or if you want some slick high end experience. But If you want to see families having fun together and experience happy people all around you, then come. The food is not great but the bartenders are amazing. We tried to tip as many people as possible, but if I could give them ALL a raise in pay, I would! Thank you Fabiola, Eduardo, Felix, Yavir, Jesus, Brenda and everyone else! we had a lovely time and my husband was a short walk from a great surf break. oxxo

Increíble experiencia
Resumimos el viaje en increíble, Desde la llegada todo fue excelente, el trato del personal, desde la recepción hasta la salida, el hotel que más bien diría que efectivamente si es un club de playa, siempre tiene actividades familiares, empiezas con una buena cena, hay un show para toda la familia, de allí te vas a la disco familiar y todo sigue siendo increíble, la habitación en muy buen estado, el aire acondicionado en perfectas condiciones, la regadera, la limpieza y todo lo que uno considere está muy bien. La amabilidad del personal es extraordinaria y algo que destacar es que en la barra libre puedes llevar tu vaso, o termo, o con lo que quieras tomar para no ir a cada rato a la barra y sin pero te dan tu bebida allí, cosa que en mucho hoteles de barra libre solo te dan el vasito gelatinero que te tienes que formar varias veces… Nos tocó despedir el año y recibir el año nuevo en el hotel y tengo que decir que fue increíble, la cena, las uvas, el show y la pirotecnia para recibir el año fue inigualable. El personal muy atento y servicial, y tengo que mencionar que entre ellos a la mesera Laura, Ivonne, el mesero Hilario, que te atendían rápido, con la mejor actitud. Gracias y en verdad que regresaremos pronto.

Buen hotel comida rica la cena a la carta estuvo deliciosa y con una vista muy bonita, las bebidas están decentes el personal muy atento, todo muy limpio, velero, kayak y bicicletas gratis fue muy agradable. Lo unico que no me agrado mucho es que las instalaciones ya son algo antiguas y la regadera demasiado pequeña pero en relación precio calidad está muy bien sin duda regresaría
