La "habitación" por la que te cobran $3,600 no lo vale, te pueden cambiar, pero obviamente pagando la diferencia (de la cual no sabes si los precios están correctos, ahí te dicen cuanto hay que pagar más) esta todo muy descuidado, la alberca fría, el pasto súper crecido, el lago sucio, las canchas descuidadas, ni siquiera hay personal que te reciba o te atienda. Lo único bueno fue la señora de la cocina, súper amable cocina rico, fuera de eso, el lugar no es lo que era antes. Las fotos que aparecen no son recientes.

Al ser cliente de Expedia nos dieron habitaciones viejas sin agua caliente, las camas duras los cojines sin relleno, no tienen tina de hidromasaje, la alberca fría. Los costos de las bebidas excesivos. No hay nadie que te atienda, todas las instalaciones viejas, la gerente insultó a una persona de la tercera edad. No asistan nada de lo que ofrecen es verdad.

El check in fue todo un problema. De acuerdo con los encargados de Recepción y Gerencia, Expedia no les notificó nuestra reservación, la cual apareció en su sistema hasta que nosotros reconfirmarmos la reservación e incluso iniciamos el proceso de cancelación, no íbamos a pagar nuevamente. La personas del restaurante destacan por su amabilidad y servicio al cliente. Al parecer expedia ofrece habitaciones que están fuera del catálogo de habitaciones disponibles en el hotel, por lo que al parecer lo más recomendable es reservar directamente con el hotel y no por medio de terceros.

Pésimo servicio desde la caseta de seguridad hasta recepción y gerencia. Llegamos a las 9pm y después de 1 hora seguían sin tener nuestra reserva. No había nadie más que el se de caseta y un ayudante que se pasaron a recepción pero sin la más mínima capacitación para el puesto, gerencia había salido. Cuando regresa la gerente era unasra prepotente y también sin idea. Finalmente después de hora y media hablamos a Expedia para cancelar. Las habitaciones que aparecen como kiosko king y kiosko matrimonial son tan feas que por eso no tienen fotos en la página. La habitación tipo suite según ellos vieja y sin mantenimiento. Aguas que es una mentira total de lugar.

Primera cosa mala ustedes anuncian una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales y una individual y allá dicen que no tienen esa habitación y segundo inconveniente mencionan alberca y no tiene calentador está HELADA el agua y nadie se mete y no sé si tuvimos mala suerte pues estaban los dueños de la hacienda y el personal del hotel nos hacía poco caso, atentos pero obvio las atenciones eran para ellos

Muy buen lugar para relajarte, muy grande con varias actividades para distraerse, habitaciones limpias y con chimenea que puedes usar, muy buena atención, costo de alimentos accesible. Lo único malo es el mantenimiento de instalaciones: no se puede nadar en la piscina porque esta fría, le falta mantenimiento al futbolito y mesa de billar, había una pequeña fuga en la llave del baño y no dieron control del televisor. Volveré a ir espero ya este climatizada la piscina.

Linda hacienda para disfrutar de la familia

Es un hotel lindo por el concepto de ser hacienda y estar en medio de la naturaleza. No se esperen grandes lujos pero si es cómodo. Me gusto porque te permite tener una real convivencia con la familia y con la naturaleza. Le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, pero en general está bien para un fin de semana o pocos días de viaje. Hay poca señalización para llegar, así que vayan con cuidado y no le hagan caso a google maps, porque no te lleva al hotel. Los alimentos estan ok. El agua de la alberca es helada. Deberian de calentarla con fotoceldas sino quieren gastar en gas. En general todos los empleados atienden muy bien.

Very nice hotel for relax and rest

It is an excellent hotel to take a couple of days out of everything (literally because there is not internet connection), Gardens and premises are very good and personnel, specially in the restaurant, is excellent !!! Maybe some point to improve: - Warm water in the swimming pool , as it is really frozzen - When you book the room by expedia, the room seem to be OK (Std, Suite), however when you arrive to the hotel, they tell you that the room you booked is far from everything adn outside of the main property, but you can pay extra cost to get a room inside the main property where restaruanta, swiming pool, games, TV room are. All the rest is very nice !!!
