"Bit more expensive than ordinary hotel but this one has everything just better. I think it's worth of it and creates new unforgettable memories one can live again and again. Hotel and room was top, service was very personal with nice "customer first" attitude. Also good restaurant proposals, which one of made the dinner of our summer vacation that we will remember for a long time. Breakfast was classy and tasty. Highly recommend."

"I have visited Bruges many times and all but one visit has been to this hotel! It is convenient for both the motorway for onward journeys and also just a short drive into Bruges centre (easy parking at T-Zand).
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is always great quality! The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

"Great location very close to Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train stations. Very short walk to get to old town (10 minutes walk). Basic hotel, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Small, but nice bathroom. Small room with minibar fridge. Air conditioning being installed right now which will be a bonus. Would stay again, terrific value for money. "
"This is a very quiet quaint property that has a very old world charm to it. The rooms are very spacious and are decorated with lots of cow skins and other furs all over the floors and furniture. The owner is very friendly and quick to help in with any issues you may have from finding places to sightsee to finding places to eat at. "The hotel was modern, spacious, clean with a friendly ambience. The only negatives were that a couple of lamps didn't work and that the key cards stopped working a couple of times.
We had a family room (2 separate spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms and our own mini hallway) - it would be nice if we had a doorstop for both rooms not just the one. We kept one door ajar with a towel to avoid locking ourselves out.
We enjoyed watching the airport next door in action.

"Pros: my room was very comfortable and efficient. I liked that it was streamlined and a place for everything you need. I appreciated having the AC, a TV, comfortable bed, paid buffet breakfast if you wish, friendly and helpful staff and great service.
Cons: it was hard to find the hotel when the Uber driver drove me to the back service entrance. When I was told to go to the front, the signs were not clear, and she didn't tell me to go up to the 2nd floor. "
