Hotel was OK for our purpose a family trip to Efeso. Room ok and excellent bathroom. Many places very close. Breakfast regular with no variety in options to eat or drink.

IF YOU HAD TO STAY - ONLY ONE NIGHT!

The hotel seems to very nice, but there was no cleaning service for first 3 days. Wifi is very slow or non-existent. The bed is solid as a rock and had not much sleep.

I booked a family room for one night for me and my family. The room was awful. Cigarette smell everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, I asked for a baby cot at least 7 days in advance but was told that their was none, and that it was given away. Our 1 year old had to sleep between us, I therefore only slept 5 hours. Luckily enough I only booked 1 night.

Eşim ve kızımla birlikte 1 gece konakladik kizim icin ilave yatak istedik ucretli olarak verebileceklerini söylediler, otelin girişinin olduğu sokak gece baska bir hal aliyor calisanlarda gece ve gunduz birbiriyle alakasi yok gece korkarak yattik gece calisanlar otel icin cok uygun olmayan profillerdi hatta otelin kapısında masa sandalye atmislar sabaha kadar degisik bir ortam vardi odalar ses konusunda zaten cok kotu uyumak imkansiz yani bekar olarak belki gidip bir gece kalabilirim ama aile icin kesinlikle uygun degil isin ilginci sabah kahvalti ve calisan ekip beni sasirtti geceyle alakasi yok gayet düzgün insanlar kahvalti keza gayet guzeldi uzuldum ayrica resimlerde sanirim yenilenmis odalar var onlari gösteriyor sistem bizim kaldigimiz oda herseyiyle cok eskiydi

2 çocuklu aile olarak kaldık, Oda içerisinde sigara kokusu vardı, ayrıca müşteriler sigara içsin diye kül tablası bırakılmış, banyonun kapısı kapanmıyor, küvet var ama kullanılmıyor, yataklar eski ve çok sert değişmesi lazım, Televizyon 4 kişilik odada 37 ekran çok küçük kalmış, otelin otoparkı yok, vale otelin önünden aracı alıp götürüyor nereye gitti belli değil, tek iyi tarafı açık kahvaltısı

Bize göre temizlik çok kötü, masa ve yatak başlıkları tozlu, nevresimler sanki kullanılmış gibiydi. Anlaşılan aile odası önceden kontrol edilmemiş. İlgili kişi temizleteyim dedi fakat yerleştik artık gerek yok deyip Islak mendille kendimiz sildik. Akşam giriş yaptığımız için mecburiyetten kaldık. Oda soğuktu, klimayla ısınmaya çalıştık ama İzmir gibi bir şehirde yinede gece üşüdük. Doğru dürüst uyku tutmadı. Kalvaltı zayıftı. Kahvaltı salonuda soğuktu. Maalesef ilk ve son kalışımız oldu.

Tek kişilik odada çift kişilik konaklama

Oda çok kötüydü değiştirilmesini rica ettik yer olmadığını söylediler ama hotel boştu Ayrıca gece resepsiyonu çok duyarsız bir sürü eksik olduğundan defalarca aradım ama dışarda muhappette olduklarından telefona cevap vermiyolar kendim aşağı inerek halletmek zorunda kaldım çift kişilik odada tek terlik tek havlu vardı oda inanılmaz havasız ve rutubet kokuyordu aracı valesine teslim ettik sabah aldığımızda lastiğimiz patlaktı daha bunun gibi sayabileceğim bir sürü olumsuzluk bir daha asla gitmem diyeceğim yerlerden birisi

Our check in was very late due to long journey . The room smelled cigarettes it was so strong and i have headaches. I have child inside! I already paid full for two days for 2adults and 1child. They gave me a room that is not the same like the pictures. It was last minute setup bed that is not made up no duvet only sheets that layers on top of it! Bed is on the floor. I told the receptionist boy on the night . At first he denied my booking was 2 adults and one child but it is clearly my booking stated that. He cant do anything more because its late and fully book hotel. Next morning at 8 am i met the Receptionist the girl and she was very rude. ( I thought she was the one who was hanged up my phone yesterday afternoon to tell my late arrival.) She denied me my room smelled cigarettes and she said no no no before i even finished speaking. And she said the rest of the room will be the same. My child and i have runny nose that morning. Finally after im insisting she said ok after 11 i will have another room ready. After that tense argument we went for breakfast. It was a dreadful breakfast. It was not tasty at all! While having a tea and digesting all the experience that morning, the room, the rudeness, the service, bad breakfast & importantly my child’s health, i decided i went out on 9 am to find another hotel nearby. I checked out one day early and I am still asking for my refund till this day!

Otel her anlamıyla berbattı. Odalar rutubet kokuyordu. Klima çalışmıyordu. Personel çok anlayışsız, her konuda size yardım etmek yerine tartışma çıkarıyorlar. Özellikle resepsionda çalışanlara dikkat edin, sizinle kavga etmekten çekinmezler.

Trevlig personal men inte smidig incheckning och personalen skulle åka iväg med bilen för att parkera den utan någon tydlig information eller kommunikation. Rummet var rymlig men sliten, badrummet stank när man duschade det var motbjudande.

Uzun süre konaklama için tavsiye etmem. Kahvaltı çok vasat. Bulaşık makinesi yoktu galiba, görevli topluyor yemek salonu yanında bir kadın görevli elde yıkıyordu. Hoş bir görüntü olmadığı gibi hijyenikte değildi.

Leider sehr Dreckig, Bad sehr schmutzig und hat nach Schimmel gerochen, Aufzug fehlt die Sicherungstür sehr gefährlich für klein Kinder. Nicht empfehlenswert, keine Ahnung warum expedia sowas im Programm hat und denn Gästen spwas anmuten kann. Zimmer wechseln war nicht möglich, da angeblich alle Zimmer so aussehen würden.

La prima Volta per noi ad İzmir , bellissima metropoli e una bellissima città. L‘Hotel molto bello , le camere e i servizi molto soddisfacenti. Se dovessi tornare alloggerei di nuovo volentieri in questo hotel. Grazie per il cordiale servizio.

Aile odalarının pencerelerinin bulunduğu cephe arka tarafta binaların arasına açılıyordu ve oralarda klimalarla doluydu ses den yatılmıyor havasız ve basık odalar vasat hayal kırıklığı yorgunluğu atmak için yatağa uzanıp yatamazsınız sesden odayı pencereyi açıp havalandıramazsınız çünkü çalışan klima kutularının sıcaklığı içeri doluyor çok kötü 👎
