"Friendly staff, nice luxorious Room if you choose the japanese style one with own onsen on balcony. Traditional japanese breakfast. Clean. The property itself looks a bit outdatet. "

"I was worried because I missed my train and was stranded in the area. I booked and got to the hotel after 10pm but the staff were welcoming and understanding. I really appreciated them! Slept very well!"

"Room was big and spacious, however maybe due to the age of the room, the place felt that it didn’t have sufficient lighting. We need to make futon beds ourselves too, not like the previous ones I went to - they usually make it for you. Bath tax per person was applicable in cash only upon checkout. Breakfast and dinner were nice and the staff were friendly and helpful"

"露天風呂付き個室を利用しましたが設備も清潔で良かったです スタッフの方の説明も親切でした 今回夕飯の上限に達していたため夕飯をつけることができませんでしたが、検討される方は早めの予約をお勧めします また西伊豆は外食しようとしても7-8時には食堂が閉まってしまうので外食の際は早めに済ませたほうがいいです"

"Can’t say enough good about the staff. This place was such a fun experience. We did three nights and maybe we should have done just two only because of the futons on the floor and we’re not as young as we use to be. Also, if I had one minor suggestion it would be for them to have a means to get coffee on site. I totally get it’s an experience and they have tea but for us coffee drinkers.. we gotta have it! Lol"

"The room was large, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic view of Saruga Bay. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the onsen. Lovely place, highly recommend! "

"This is a lovely ryokan. We had a private onsen but our adult children used the public one and liked it very much. The food was excellent but there was way too much. Nice to wander around the little town and stop at the excellent bakery near the train station."
