"I loved this hotel! It was located right in the JR station which was so very helpful when it took me a very long time to travel from Haneda airport in Tokyo to Hakodate via shinkansen. I was soooo relieved when I realized I didn't have to figure out where the hotel was, it was literally just right ..."

"This was a nice hotel - the only negatives were that the 'double' sofa bed in our room (booked for 4 people) was really single sized; also the premier lounge with free drinks for those paying for a premier room has no windows despite being on the top floor - but, of course, the bar down the hall ..."
