"I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building.
I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust".
I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. "

"So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. "

Bossier City, Louisiana was perfect for the our needs. The Owner and staff are so accommodating. I had the privilege of meeting the owners and they made us feel like family. We were going to stay there just a few days and go to another hotel as we had things thing to do in more than one area and just extended our stay here because they were so nice and we really loved the newly renovated rooms.
