"The staff were great and the hotel is nice. The only downside is it’s right next to the railroad tracks and we had 3 trains come by in the middle of the night. Pretty loud. Otherwise the place is near perfect."

"nice facility. Last minute check in - and I'm not all about tech communication - but luckily the ladies were still "in the office" and able to get us all checked in. Never could figure out how to make the tv work - maybe info in the email that I was not able to receive while on the road. Otherwise very nice for the price!"

So the hotel is and “energy efficient hotel, and good for yall… but this takes a ton of the customers control over the environment. Away in the room… for instance you can’t have the bedroom and living room Ac on at the same time, the units just turn off when there hasn’t been movement in the room, the room gets hot when sleeping, also if hey missed a few things like putting the black out blind “stays” on all...

"Just a great place to stay"

"Property was very clean and the breakfast was good just wanted a piece of toast. The night lady did not make us feel welcomed when we walked in and when we asked her where to go to eat she only told us one place. But all and we would stay there again."

"It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all"

"Nice people working at the desk. Really liked the way they send you text messages asking if the room is acceptable. Did not care that room sink has no drain stop - when I asked maintenance he replied “it's a drain” it would be not to worry a out dropping things down the drain."

"Hard to sleep. Either the cleaners were loud in the evening or people above me were stomping and loud."

"The hotel and room itself was decent. I do believe our room may not have fully been cleaned prior to our stay. We checked in very late at night and when we went to shower there was only one towel in a room that slept four and the shower had a used bar of soap and the wrapper wedged in the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall. If it hadn’t been after 1:00am we likely would have called down but at the point it was realized it was too late."

"There is a feeling that the hotel isn't the safest. You park in the underground parkade which is nice but open to the public. When you get into the elevator to your floor you don't need a card so anyone can come into the parkade and enter the hotel without it being secure. Our room was at the end on the 4th floor with a large window that overlooked the back stairs. We stayed 2 nights and all night people were in the stairwells talking and the blind on the window wasn't a good cover so if...

"Stayed at this Holiday inn a few times. Good stay overall, They had some coordination issues with the breakfast that I purchased through Expedia and Holiday Inn could not find. Holiday Inn resolved this problem to my satisfaction."

"Room is little old, some switches not working properly. But staff are super nice and helpful. and the surrounding is quite and nice."

"Oh my God this was the worst, could not lock the inside, and check out is at 11. I was taking a shower and one guy walked into my room and began taking my stuff. I heard the commotion and was getting dressed when he and some other man barraged into my room!!!! It wasn't even 10 yet!!!!! The police were called but obviously my stuff was not returned. Moneys gonna my valuables are gone. I'm so not Happy because usually this doesn't happen but wow"
