"My hotel stay was nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, except for one young lady who I wasn’t that impressed with. The room was clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, but were great the rest of the week. I was pleased that it really was close to the beach since this was my first time in Gulf Shores. I would stay here again. I will definitely return next year!!"

"We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend.
On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure."

"Overall an “okay” stay. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave which were great. The coffee machine we didn’t get to use because there were packets of coffee included but no cups, sugar, etc. The room could have been cleaner. I found part of an old deodorant behind the bed and my daughter actually found a random pill on the floor and thought it was mine (it wasn’t) which could have been dangerous had she been younger. The towel racks in the bathroom were poorly positioned over the toilet...

"I love Iiked that it wasn't far from the beach. I dislike the fact that the room didn't meet they commitment to a clean sanitized room. Lotion bottle on the wall was filthy, the hand hair blower was filthy, behind the beside dresser was filthy. Roach was seen in the room, when brought to housekeeper attention she just said sorry and didn't try to come in and clean."
