"I honestly have nothing nice to say. My stay was for a week. I got there on a Monday just to be checked in as a no show. The room I was in had two beds and felt like we were sleeping on cots. Was told I would be moved the next day to a different room next door, and they rented out the room I was supposed to be in. Doors that were to remain locked 24 hours a day never closed. This is a safety measure for guests. They say no smoking in the rooms, and the halls smelled like smoke/weed. I finally...

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day."

"The parking situation was chaotic at best. Upon walking to my room, I noticed the door slightly ajar. It did not fully close. Both locks to the door were held with small screws that were stripped and coming out of the door and wall. There were a significant (10+) number of dead bugs of all sorts in the room. The air conditioner did not work well, and the room stayed about 75-80 degrees throughout the night. Amongst the dead bugs in the floor, there were chip crumbs and hairs."

"Everything was great! The only issue we had was I could not get the body wash dispenser in the shower to work. Everything else worked great! I did not report it because I was leaving immediately after I discovered it."

"We stayed at this facility for 5 days. On the 2nd day we asked for the bedding to be changed. It wasn't and we had to change the bedding ourselves. On the third day we asked for the room to be cleaned. It wasn't. We ended up changing rooms to get a clean room. The swimming pool was under repair. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was very friendly."
