Due to lack of cell phone service it took me a minute to find the hotel. Convenient for doing Haast Pass. Staff and locals were friendly. The room was clean and nicely presented. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and included toiletries and nice towels. Staff members were polite and helpful. It was great to have access to a laundry.
