"The lobby is beautiful, and the pool looked nice but we did not use it.
There were several things that were bothering me about our stay.
1. Dried snot and smears on our bedroom wall, and an open tub maintenance panel that reeked of mildew and mold. Unsanitary!!!
2. Gross stains on the armchair and pullout couch mattress.
3. Confusing breakfast setup - when we checked in, we were told that breakfast was served in the morning. No other info. In the morning, we went to the breakfast line and the woman serving the food abruptly said “ticket”, while holding out her hand. I looked confused and she rudely just pointed to a sign that stated each guest must have a ticket to get food, which can be given at the front desk. Why weren’t we told about this when we checked in? We had to leave the long line and go to the check in desk to get our meal tickets.
4. In the crowded dining area, there was an extreme shortage of chairs. Thankfully someone offered two for my daughter and mother, but as you can see in my photo there were many tables with no chairs whatsoever. People were sitting on the lobby couch to eat breakfast as there were no available chairs.
In short, would not recommend and will not stay here again."
