"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

"I was there for business trip. It was not so far from the airport and close to Gaylord resort where the conference was. But the hotel itself was very isolated nothing was around the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was not too bad - egg, sausage, bread, yogurt, etc."

"Won’t do this one again. I paid the same amount here as a really nice hotel (Delta) only 10mi away.
This place reminds me of a Motel 8 - super basic (not even cups in rooms) and zero frills, which is fine for a quick night stay as long as it’s clean….but it wasn’t.
Pulled down my bedding to find black hairs all over the pillows and on the sheets. The pillows still smelled slept on (like dirty hair) so I requested a room change. I had to pack everything up and move again late at night -...

"Clean room and pleasant staff! Since we had to be at DIA at 3 AM for a 5 AM flight, we didn't get to experience the breakfast. We ended up changing rooms because we needed a refrigerator and the one in our first room wasn't able to get cold. The one in the second room worked well. The bed was comfy and the room was nice as well. Many restaurants nearby. We would likely stay again."

"The room was hot and muggy when we arrived, no water, no coffee or cold water in the lobby (could purchase room temperature). Dinner at the onsite restaurant was adequate, service was not great. $226 for a weeknight was ludicrous. Charged for parking.
Overall unhappy. Staff didn’t appear happy, either - not a single smile to be seen."
