If you’re looking for the best property to stay at in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, I highly recommend this location. Although it is on the pricey side, it was everything my man and I could experience. We usually go out of the country for our anniversary but when I came across this hotel on my feed, I knew we had to come here. It lived up to its reviews and I can’t say anything other than that you will not be disappointed. We had an amazing time given its tranquility yet luxury countryside vibe. We absolutely loved it.

The grounds and amenities were fantastic but the staff and hotel fell through in regards to their promise of being able to offer whatever whenever. We had two requests, one was flat out ignored and the other was done to the bare minimum so much so that it wasn’t even used/useful. Great views. Solid food but nothing to write home about.

Hotel is amazing, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is luxurious, and the staff were always kind and attentive — a true 5-star experience in many ways. However, the management could handle things better. Our main issue was that we booked a Grand Teton Suite, which was important to us as we were celebrating our anniversary. That specific suite was priced about $300 more per night — over $1,000 extra for the stay with taxes and fees — but we were given a Vista Suite instead. When we raised our concern, we were told that the suite we were in was a Grand Teton, which we later confirmed with other staff was NOT true. We were promised a room change, but it never happened, and the issue was never followed up on. It wasn’t about the room itself — all the suites are lovely — but about transparency and honesty. We felt fooled — it was obvious that the room faced a completely different direction and was not the one we had booked and paid extra for! It’s disappointing to feel misled, especially at a five-star property where you expect the highest level of professionalism. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was wonderful.

This is a new place geared towards high end couples. Super friendly staff that goes the extra mile. Rooms are nice with views that do not seem real!!!! Nice restaurant with some really good food. The indoor pool with the windows is amazing. It is a little expensive but there is nothing like it in town.

This hotel is incredible. It’s nestled beautifully in Jackson Hole with the most breathtaking views imaginable. The rooms are exquisite, staff was friendly, rotating fire pits, the most beautiful flower beds anywhere…we had the most amazing honeymoon there!! Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic room, spacious and a view of the Grand Tetons that was spectacular. Chef has real talent. It was a very slow period for this 36 room hotel so the potential 5 star service just missed on a few minor issues. Beware the square DARK brown table between the deck chairs(blends into the deep black of Wy nighttime)that can be an accident to be. I have the wounds to prove.
