"Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card."

"I’ve stayed with Marriot before… Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing overall. The room appeared poorly maintained and not properly cleaned before arrival. The shower fixtures were heavily rusted, the shower handle required excessive force to turn on and off, and the shower head continuously dripped against the metal plate all night, making it difficult to sleep. The shower door was also rusted and extremely difficult to open and close.
