Quite possibly one of the best stays I’ve had in Jacksonville. I’m down there at least once a month & have stayed at quite a few hotels. This one was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe! Plus the price is great!

I stayed here for three nights and overall had a good experience. The place was clean and the price was super reasonable. One of the rooms had a bit of a smell, but the front desk was really helpful and got me a new room really quickly. Appreciate the fast service — would stay again!

I’ve stayed here a couple times now and never had an issue until now. The staff was friendly as all get out, but the issue lies within the room. First off there was pink stains within the toilet, the door to the room would not fully shut and seal. This allowed the outdoor air to seep into the room. This also allowed for ants and other bugs to move into the room as well. When I first walked in I noticed ants climbing all over the fridge, sink and corners of the walls along with a spider with a web in the upper left corner of the room above the sink. I was extremely disappointed given past experiences and after being bitten by ants while trying to sleep it was unfortunate. I hope it was a bad stay and will be willing to give my business to them in the future, but this stay left a bad taste in my mouth.

Check in staff was courteous and professional. The room was satisfactory but old and outdated. The tv remote didn’t work so it was difficult to figure out how to turn it on. There were no instructions. There were no amenities to speak of. But the price was the more important factor for me this trip so I didn’t expect it to be the Ritz.
