"After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."

They moved me to another room sheets in that bed were dirty as well I went to the front desk to ask if they had any clean sheets that I could put on myself they told me no I asked if there was another room they could move me to even though the other four buildings had no cars in the parking lot they told me no.. they did offer for me to cancel my reservation but I already had plans in the area if you're going to own a hotel you...

"We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer."

"The Inn at Mountainview is more than adequate for what it is. The staff is very friendly and it is a great place to stay with pets. The rooms are large and there is a lovely outdoor area for pets. The hotel elevator and stairs are both good options. The rooms are very basic but sufficient and clean. The room lighting isn't great even with the 3 lamps on but that's manageable.
