Khách sạn gần Chùa Phật Ngọc tại Thượng Hải

"The staff was nice and helpful. The location is convenient and the metro entrances are just across the street"

"10/10"

"They promised prior to my stay that they would accommodate a halal friendly menu. As well as make sure that there was no contamination with utensils used to cook pork. They completely disregarded this and then said it was due to a communication error even after I had mentioned this to them on two occasions and they also confirmed via email."

"The hotel was exceptional and all the staff were very professional and helpful. The club lounge and its dedicated staff were exceptional and I am looking forward to returning to The hotel later this month."

"Shower’s water pressure is very bad. Hotel location is prefect in Shanghai"

"It was an excellent stay here - I would highly recommend!"

"Conveniently located in the central part of the town. Clean room, friendly doormen and housekeeper."

"I honestly have no idea how this property has its rating. Its as such a disappointment as we had booked for 22 nights. We changed rooms because the first room smelled like someone pee'd on the carpet in the room and it dried. Toilet never worked properly we had to call front desk every second day to get someone to come in until we requested to change rooms and the same problem happened in a supposedly "newer" room. Every flush the water rises with everything to the top of the toilet pot. Add to...
