Everything is brilliant and you get early access to the Palace Museum grounds so you can get in early and take pictures on your own. Food at the restaurant was great, both Indian and Asian styles. "Lake view room was 5 *, the view from the bath at sunset was beauitful, possibly the best room we have had on our travels in India, the guy who greeted us was very polite and helpful, however the staff we served us our evening mral in restaurant reduced this from 5 star to 4 star."

"Many things in the room were broken: AC, hairdryer, water temperature. The pool also had issues so that we couldn’t use it. The staff the the reception was very nice but the rest of the staff didn’t understand English properly. The location was very central but the last few meters to the hotel had dark corners. The hotel staff can also bring you and pick you up for this part. "

"View from the room was best i could ever get. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, gone beyond to fulfill the needs of the guests. Hotel is on a great great location. Just a minute away from lake pichola. You could see the lake, the ghat, the pichola market from your balcony. The size of the room was also pretty big. Overall 11/10. "
