"El lugar muy bonito , limpio, la vista formidable , desayuno rico , alrededores limpios. Al llegar el recibimientos no fue muy cordial pero al otro día estupendo , todo muy limpio. Solo la esctrutura y aceras necesitan cariño por lo demás 10/10 "

"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"Property in and of itself is clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. Pools are nice. Palmas Del Mar, which is the development it's on has a nice courtyard area with 5-6 restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a little convenience store. The only downside, juat so you are aware, is the beach. It's effectively unuseable. Sargasso seaweed, direct large waves, rugged. (Don't get me wrong, it's very pretty but if you have kids and the thought is utilizing the beach. It's going to be a challenge."

"In the middle of now where but was able to get Uber Eats for a great price. Loved everything about the small town feel. If you are needing all the amenities may not be for you. For those laid back, go with the flow perfect spot"

"Rooms nice, updated and clean. Small beach but perfect for a quick dip or tanning. No coffee in rooms. No hot tub, nice pool. Staff was very nice restaurant upstairs had the best cheeseburger I have ever had. Would stay here again! "

"The room we had was well appointed. There is a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The “pool” is a jacuzzi tub. Comfortable water temp, but not a hot tub. We arrived several hours before check-in, and they let us leave our luggage while we explored the area. While they could not accommodate a late check out, they also let us leave our baggage while we did a few things before our flight. When I booked our room, I knew it was near restaurants, but did not realize that it is in the heart...

"One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. "

"Staff is great and attentive. The facility is amazing and properly kept up. I think the island vibe of the common and pool areas. The common areas makes it easy to meet new people and hang out. I think how’s there’s a bar and kitchen. The location is good, not too far from the Isla Verde beach (about a 5 minute walk) and local restaurants. Definitely would recommend and stay again. "

"Here you get what you pay for. Our room was fine. Pillows not so good. Main problem was our room had large steps from kitchen/entry to bed and to bathroom. Not mobility friendly. I did have trouble navigating. It was close to a lovely Italian restaurant and to a beach. "
