Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a truly memorable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar. The views were absolutely breathtaking and created an unforgettable atmosphere, especially in the evening. And staying on the 83rd floor was simply surreal. Waking up to those panoramic views felt like being on top of the world. I've stayed at many hotels around the globe, but this place is truly special. "Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."

"The staff were really nice and friendly polite and helpful. Especially NATA KURNIA and TABRONI who cleaned my room most days. The breakfast was really good with the range of things and you could adjust the order. I like a three egg omelette. The biggest disappointment was the dining room restaurant at night. Very limited menu and consequently very few people went there. This could do with a major improvement."
