If you have allergies, notice: all the rooms in the old building have carpet and down pillows. For me it was an unpleasant stay in the room. Room was tired and outdated. Breakfast was very good.

My only problem was that the toilet was hard to flush and when you held down the flusher it would leak at the base

The hotel was imaginably comfortable. The staff gave excellent assistance upon checking in. Probably it was my communication problem that cost one star down for my experience. Their staff accommodated my request mostly, even on the last night to swop for a twin bedroom. I am reaching out to Pullman to get my Deposit IDR 4 million back which did not get void in front of me due to tech glitch

Disappointing first time stay
It wasn’t a pleasant stay. Checked in to find limited hangers for clothes. Only one power socket that can be used, at the desktop table. Once you charged a laptop, you can’t charged anything (phone, power bank, etc) else. The other socket used for table lamp and tv. Bedside no sockets at all. Power trip multiple times on Thursday 9 Nov night causing restart of room lights and aircon. Plus the backup fans in the rear window were very noisy. Only good thing was breakfast, gym & sauna area. Hospitality ok,

Horrifying stay at the Pullman
It took me one hour to connect to the wifi in the room. Called for help, I was just asked to restart my laptop. I asked for IT to help, they sent a non-IT which couldn't help me at all. Got to wait for another 20 mins before the IT guy came. All in, it took me 1 hour 10 mins just to connect. After that, I had no issue for the rest of the days. The room is so so dated. Carpets are so gordy and old. The curtains cannot be pulled close at all. It does not feel like a Pullman at all. It feels worse than a budget hotel. The toiletries used were of low quality in small tubes. Waste of environment resource. They don't even give you face towel!!! Only 1 hand towel. How do I wash my face with a long face towel. Lightings are old. Everything from top to toe is old. Only the location is great. What a pity!!

Nice location, excellent breakfast but noisy room.
Nice location and nice view to Plaza Indonesia Bunderan HI. Breakfast has a lot of variety and worth the money. BUT very noisy as the windows are not sound proof. Can hear busy traffic til midnight. Please invest in sound proofing then it will be perfect.

It one of the most bad experience i ever had with Accor group. 1. Checkin : Frond desk staff Alden, They upgraded the room, and when i request one hour more for checkout they downgraded the room in exchange of the one hour! Really and thats after 15 minutes wanting for their shift manager to approve! 2. My checkout time was at 2pm, at 1 15pm, someone knocked the door, in 5 seconds they knocked again, and they opened the room door directly, i was literally in the rest room, and rest room door was opened, really didn't know what to do ! I said wait, and went to see them, i found the front desk manager saying that i should leave the room, i said i have till 2pm, she said that was not updated in the system! Even thu they could have just do a phone call to the room and ask me instead of this movie action. Even the none disturb button was on but they didn't care. 3. Checking out : I requested to meet the hotel manager, again Alden the front desk guy told me, he is not authorized to contact the hotel manager, and he blocked me, i after i insist he did another lie saying that the hotel manager is not in charge as its Saturday, but it was actually Friday working day and fhe hotel manager was there. 4. I have to say that the front desk manager did her best to apologies, and finally the hotel manager showed up and try to apologise in a nice way with promises to fix it in future. They offered me upgrade to next time or food treatment that i didn't accpet.
