"Lovely hotel very clean everything ok it has a new shopping mall and coffee shops and is 15 mins walk to an established shopping mall albeit quite a dangerous walk due to lack of footpath and lots of traffic but ok if you are careful Nice location for me saves having to spend 45 mins in traffic to and from the office"

"Staff is very friendly and smiles a lot. Room was spotless. Wifi was surprisingly weak and didn’t always connect—maybe too many people were connected? Breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. Sunday was rather busy, but Monday was quieter. Pool is big and fun, but a magnet for families with children."

"The steam room and sauna is very old and require urgent renovations, tiles in the steam are loose and dangerous. There also no anti-slip mats and therefore I slipped outside the steam room and hurt my foot, however they helped me and offered support. Also require rubber slippers for the steam and sauna. The bedroom was excellent and the service by staff was great!"

"The staff are all kind, friendly. Room is very clean and well maintenance. Shopping mall is connected to the building so easy to do shopping and dining and Grand Indonesia is very close where you can buy branded items. Gym and pool are clean too. Wash and dryer are new which helped cleaning my clothes. The breakfast is a little disappointing for the selection of menu for this pricing. Wish to have more side dish options to eat with rices. Also, this hotel lobby is not listed of the grab...
