"A little tricky to find but it was very good. The staff also helped to organise us a shuttle to T3 for our next flight. Helped with our bags. Nice and quiet 👍✅"

"We've stayed here before and have never had a problem, but this time the room had bugs and had a strong bug spray smell and the bathroom had a bad sewer smell. It might be an issue only in certain rooms. I mentioned it to the desk at check-out and the said they'd look into it. The breakfast is good and the location in Terminal 3 is very handy. We'll give them anorher try next time we fly through Jakarta."

"The room was nice and clean. Breakfast and other food was excellent! The personal and staff were very kind and helpfully. When we wanted to buy the last souvenirs before we fly back, they specially opened the store so that we could buy some nice souvenirs. Special thanks for the manager and the owner of the store for that service ;-) When we come back we will certainly stay at your hotel and we recommend It also to others. Sampé ketemu lagi! "Towels: The longevity of bathroom towels is an important consideration for a GRAND hotel. I discovered that the sides of the bath towels were frayed, and the color is dull (not white anymore). p.s: the old towels don't have to be thrown away. It is repurposable."

"I really liked this hotel for the price! The hotel had everything I needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean, fully loaded, and had a fine view of the airport from the 6th floor. Laundry service was convenient. There's a bar and pool. There's also the gym, and the spa with optional in-room massage. "This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were bedbugs in the bed, so I immediately requested a checkout and a refund. However, they told me to wait until the manager arrived. It was around 11 PM, and since I had an early morning flight the next day, I refused and left. They have absolutely zero hospitality."

"Expedia webpage says the inn offers free airport shuttle bus service. In fact, there are only four drop-off time to the airport. For the rest of the day, the inn charges Rupiah 50,000 for each ride, from airport to inn or the other way. I do not mind pay the fares but better clearly stated to avoid misunderstanding. "
