"Great place and great hosts! The apartment is pretty private, with no neighbors on either side and a nice view. Instructions regarding check in were clear and the hosts were very attentive to my messages. The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in pictures. The location is top, as it is right next door to several restraurants and fast food chains, as well as a large mall . I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Guatemala City. "

"Pros : - Good location / Beautiful views - Lots of hiking trails (some are free) - Farm environment with lots of animals - Restaurant onsite Cons : - Access is tough - Might need high clearance vehicle. - Basic rooms lacking insulation (we could hear the neighbors snoring all night long) - Buildings have seen better days - Jacuzzi wasn’t clean - Price/Value ratio is high for what you get Overall nice property with amazing views but lack of investment in accommodations. Ps : Follow Google Maps and not Waze to get there. "
