He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. "

"I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of accountability and transparency shown by the management. A hotel stay should feel safe and secure—here, I felt neither. I left with the impression that guest safety and trust are not taken seriously.
