"We stayed one night with my spouse before an early flight out of Guadalajara.
The room was clean and a decent size for one night. No view, and you can hear everything from the hallway, but it's a practical place to stay before a flight. The AC wasn't cooling properly when we arrived, and staff had it fixed in about 45 minutes, much appreciated.
Breakfast is included, but our flight was too early to enjoy it. On past stays the front desk has given us vouchers for meals, but not this time.
The restaurant is mostly self-service via online ordering, and paying online was confusing, so we buzzed staff for the check. We had the enchiladas suizas and flautas, both were just OK, nothing standout.
The location is very convenient to the airport, and the free shuttle is easy to book at the front desk, runs frequently, and was on time.
The front desk agent was handling a medical emergency involving a coworker, so he couldn't greet guests as usual, completely understandable. He did check us in two hours early, which was a nice touch.
Solid 4 stars for what it is: a clean, convenient airport hotel with a dependable shuttle. I'd stay again before a flight."
